Information regarding the early history of the Swinomish Tribal Court.
Prior to 2004 the Swinomish Tribal Court operated utilizing the Judicial and Prosecutorial services of Northwest Intertribal Court System. The Swinomish Tribal Court has maintained that partnership to this date.
