Swinomish Tribal Mental Health provides counseling and psychiatric services to promote mental health wellness within the Swinomish community. The Department provides individual, family, and group counseling and services to children, teens, and adults. Psychiatric medication assessment and monitoring is provided for adults. Services also include treatment for domestic violence perpetrators, as well as counseling for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
