The Swinomish Information Technology Department is responsible for the architecture, hardware, software, and networking of computers in and between the various tribal departments. The department performs a wide variety of duties to ensure that tribal employees have appropriate computer systems access as well as the ancillary technology necessary for a functional and secure work environment. Related areas of departmental responsibilities include network contingencies, application development, telephony, technical support, and more.
